Go to the Zones page.

Click the zone adding button in the right-hand upper corner.

Enter the zone name and assign the zone to a company (companies) in the open dialog box.
The new zone appears on the list. Add a device to the zone in the zone detail or device detail. More settings can be made in the zone detail.
