Go to the Visitors page.

Click the visitor adding button in the right-hand upper corner.

Complete the visitor’s name, select the group to be visited and set the visit start/end in the open dialog box. If you do not complete the visit start and end times, the visitor access time interval starts immediately and ends at the end of the day.
Caution The visitor access time interval may not be longer than one month.
The new visitor appears on the list. You can add authentication methods and manage visitor accesses in the visitor detail.
